Workshops on Learning Mobility in schools!

EFIL-ESN-EURODESK-OBESSU COOPERATION

The European Federation for Intercultural Learning (EFIL), Eurodesk, Erasmus Student Network (ESN), and OBESSU have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) joining efforts for the promotion of learning mobility programmes in secondary schools in Europe. The main objective of this collaboration is to make learning mobility “the norm” in European educational systems, providing more accessible and inclusive programmes for young people between 14-30 years old.

In line with the objectives of the European Education Area 2025 and the EU Youth Strategy, the collaboration seeks to implement the Council Recommendation “Europe on the Move” fostering cooperation between regional and local bodies towards promoting outgoing learning mobility and welcoming incoming learning mobility participants.

It is never too early to be on the Move in Europe!

Are you waiting to be 18 and maybe be at university to spend a period abroad? No need to wait! Many opportunities await for you: individual mobility, class exchanges, youth exchanges, volunteering abroad. Already excited about these opportunities and want to cooperate at local level within the MoU framework? Contact us: youthmobility@afs.org

Flyers for schools on learning mobility

In the context of the Memorandum of Understanding, EFIL – in collaboration with its MoU partners and national AFS organisations from France, Slovakia and Poland – has created some leaflets for schools, showcasing learning mobility opportunities for students. To foster this cooperation at both European and national level, we have designed the following flyers. You can find them below:
