Durant cette session, ils devront partager cette exp\u00e9rience et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir davantage dessus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demandez aux participants de penser \u00e0 un incident critique. Pour \u00eatre critique, un incident doit r\u00e9sulter d&rsquo;un conflit, en une sorte d&rsquo;apprentissage, et son origine r\u00e9side d&rsquo;un malentendu interculturel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lors de la r\u00e9flexion, ils doivent avoir en t\u00eate les r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 ces questions:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O\u00f9 et quand l&rsquo;incident est-il survenu?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qui \u00e9tait impliqu\u00e9 ? Comment cela a-t-il commenc\u00e9 ?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qui a fait quoi ? Qui a dit quoi ? Quel est le probl\u00e8me ?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comment l&rsquo;histoire se finit ? Quelle est la suite de tout cela ?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Demandez aux participants de se r\u00e9unir en paires et de partager leur histoire : ils doivent d\u00e9crire les faits de la mani\u00e8re la plus juste et neutre possible sans donner d&rsquo;explication aux comportements d\u00e9crits.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De retour en groupe complet, demandez \u00e0 quelques participants de partager quelque chose qui a retenu leur attention dans l&rsquo;histoire de leur partenaire.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir de leurs histoires personnelles, sugg\u00e9rez un brainstorming sur l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de nos interactions dans un cadre interculturel : qu&rsquo;est-ce qui a march\u00e9, qu&rsquo;est-ce qui n&rsquo;a <\/span><b>pas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> march\u00e9 et les raisons possibles d&rsquo;un malentendu ou de la mont\u00e9e d&rsquo;un conflit.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ACTIVITE 4 \u2013 INTRODUCTION A LA COMPETENCE INTERCULTURELLE (30 MINS)<\/span><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demandez aux participants de proposer une d\u00e9finition commune de la comp\u00e9tence interculturelle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ecrivez les mots cl\u00e9s sur un paper-board<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilisez la pr\u00e9sentation PowerPoint \u00ab\u00a0Mon moi interculturel\u00a0\u00bb pour pr\u00e9senter les d\u00e9finitions de la comp\u00e9tence interculturelle<\/span>s<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demandez aux participants \u00ab\u00a0Pourquoi pensez-vous qu&rsquo;il est important de comprendre ces concepts et de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur sa propre identit\u00e9 culturelle dans son r\u00f4le d&rsquo;enseignant ?\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Encouragez les participants \u00e0 bri\u00e8vement partager leurs id\u00e9es.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Terminer la session en rappelant ce qu&rsquo;est le processus d&rsquo;apprentissage interculturel.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ACTIVITE 5 \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/intercultural-learning.eu\/fr\/introduction-a-la-boite-a-outils\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EVALUATION VISUELLE<\/a> (15 MINS)<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(activit\u00e9 sugg\u00e9r\u00e9e \u2013 L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des cinq doigts)<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A la fin de chaque session, choisissez une m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation visuelle.
